Brad Webb & Geoff Lancaster were using a Weatherby Vanguard Deluxe S/S 22/250 topped with a Leupold VX-III 4.5-14x50 with the new Varmint Hunter reticle.Handloaded ammo using Nosler Ballistic Tip 22cal 50gn projectiles. Some of these rabbits were shot at 420m plus as indicated with our Wind River rangefinding binos.

Also tested was the Anschutz 1517DHB in 17HMR also topped with a Leupold VX-III 4.5-14x50 scope.A great afternoon's varminting in the Armidale area.
