Nioa Defence proudly represents Accuracy International. Accuracy International was formed in 1978 to design and build tactical rifles. The original design ethos combined two factors into an unique package - namely the incorporation of performance enhancing features learned in Olympic and international target shooting onto a rifle platform exhibiting full military ruggedness. The current designs faithfully follow this original concept but also benefit from twenty years of continuous improvement. These improvements are not cosmetic but are driven solely by the needs of users, highly trained military and police units in over 50 countries world-wide. Such units are exposed to ‘live’ tactical situations on a daily basis and in the most demanding environments where first shot accuracy is critical.
The rifles are produced in a purpose built 20,000sq. ft. facility in the UK. All components are manufactured to Accuracy International designs to ensure that they are optimised for the function they must perform, something that cannot be achieved with a ruggedised sporting weapon. Products are produced under a management system certified to BS EN ISO 9001.

The AW Weapon System
The AW Sniper Rifle System is Accuracy International’s flagship product, having proven itself in the field, time and time again. The AW is currently in service in over 50 countries.
With every component manufactured from corrosion resistant material or given a protective finish prior to assembly, an AW rifle will perform reliably and consistently whether used for marine operations, in the desert or the arctic.
A barrel can be replaced in minutes using the optional barrel change kit and maintenance can be completed in the field by an armourer trained to normal levels. All major parts are interchangeable between rifles of the same calibre.
The AW rifle system is available in calibres .243 to .338 Lapua. It is the first choice of professional users in elite units world-wide.
The AW50 Weapon System
Designed to withstand constant military deployment, this long range anti materiel rifle exhibits all the features necessary to ensure high accuracy and especially consistent cold shot performance.

The AE Weapon System
The AE Series is manufactured to the same exacting standards as the AW Series weapons, but designed for law enforcement application where the same military standards are not required. All AE Series rifles feature:

The AS50 Semi-Automatic Weapon System
The Accuracy International AS50 is the product of a contract awarded by NSWC Crane to develop a five shot, semi automatic .50 cal anti-materiel system to satisfy the exacting demands and expanding mission requirements of US Navy SEAL teams. Exclusively a special forces weapon, the Accuracy International AS50 is now available for evaluation and acquisition by appropriate agencies.
Accuracy International accepted the mission to develop a lightweight, durable and accurate .50bmg calibre auto-loading rifle using corrosion resistant materials and surface finishes. The weapon system exhibits consistent accuracy of 1.5 m.o.a. and is capable of meeting the mission requirements.
For deployment and storage, the stock can be detached (and refitted) in seconds. It’s the ultimate semi auto .50cal to go! The entire system can be separated into its major components in under three minutes! All parts are fully interchangeable and the rifle can be field serviced without so much as a screwdriver.
