Nioa understands the importance of customer interaction.
Special Events
The company continues to search for new and innovative ways to interact with our customers and suppliers alike. These include dealer conferences, season stocking programs, road shows, government agency workshops, training seminars and supplier social activities.
Dealer Conferences
Held every three years, and by invitation to 100 of our best dealers, the Nioa Dealer Conference has built a reputation for helping the leading firearm dealers of Australia grow, become more successful, and more profitable. Held over two days, highlights include:
- Advance product releases - debuted ahead of release to the general trade
- Special promotions and offers - to guarantee advantages and profit
- Unique networking opportunities - with other dealers and international guests
- Presentations by major industry leaders – previous conferences included presentations from Leupold, Federal ATK, Nosler, Weatherby, Barnes, Battenfeld and H-S Precision.
Season Stocking Programs
In the intermediate years between our Dealer Conferences, Nioa runs a Season Stocking Program. Lasting just over a month, Nioa offers select dealers the opportunity to participate in an exclusive program offering generous discounts, extended credit deals, value added offers and new product stockist opportunities.
The program is timed to coincide with the commencement of the industry’s best sales months, and means product is in stores at the right time, at the right price and on the right credit terms.
Road Shows and Social Events
NIOA routinely organises travelling road shows through capital cities to promote our largest agencies. With visiting international representatives, the road shows are presented to various dealer groups, clubs, and the general public. In 2005, NIOA took a group of dealers to Las Vegas to attend the SHOT Show as part of a sales promotion.
